08.01.2022 INTRODUCING OUR FABULOUS & FUN NEW SINGING & PERFORMANCE TEACHER...AMY LEIGH! Amy has been singing since she could talk, she is classically trained from a young age which then transitioned into contemporary training throughout her later years. As an ex private student of Felicity's, for over 5 years Amy has taken those skills and utilized them with her performance and singing, along with her related University studies. Amy is in her final year at Macquarie University studyi...ng a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Music and Performance. She has also completed advanced vocal studies at University and has vast knowledge on vocal health, song writing, in-studio recording and performance. She has years of experience working with children of all ages beginners to more advanced. Amy grew up performing and dancing from age 2-18, evident in her bright and energetic nature, which enabled her to assist Felicity with teaching children performing arts at Beebops Performing Arts for Children. Amy has performed at a number of concerts, including that of The Royal Easter Show, Darling Harbour events, musical theatre productions, vocal ensembles and many more cultural events. Amy is committed to performance and music. She is passionate about instilling confidence in her students to become strong vocal performers, while keeping lessons fun and educational. Welcome to the team Amy!!

04.01.2022 What a fun last week of term!! We had so many great responses from our students (and parents!) for our dress up as a rock star online competition! From mowhawkes & dyed hair to make up & home made sun glasses! (Besides our teachers!..) these are the students we have narrowed it down to... Our winner for the Easter prize will be announced on Monday!..

03.01.2022 Dear Parents and Students, Zoom lessons are going great and thank you for your co operation, patience and understanding through these strange times! So for our last lesson of the term we are dressing as ROCK STARS- just to spice up this crazy term and our online ZOOM life a little!! ... You are to go ALL OUT with your hair, make up, and attire (probably mostly from waist up who are doing online!!) Our teachers will also be! we will take some screen shots of our attire and post on our facebook site facebook.com/northeabtmusic and our Instagram site @northbeatmusic. I will be donating a prize (not sure yet but it will be good..!) to the best dressed. (No teachers youre not included) Looking forward to seeing all you rockers in fine form next week. Maybe we should be playing/singing our favourite rock/pop songs next week also so have a think about it and lets have some fun to end this insane term!!! Felicity X
