25.01.2022 Happy long weekend!!! We are open today from 7am - 11am

24.01.2022 I am forever grateful to all of our customers!! This morning we were busy quite early today so I didn’t get a chance to set up properly before serving. When I looked up I saw one person setting my tables up and putting the flowers on my tables, then another person putting my unberellas up, another person starting our fire. It confirmed to me that the coffee cart does not just belong to me. The Valley Coffee is a community coffee cart! It’s everyone’s cart. Thank you for your ongoing support. HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL OF the DADS, Grandads, and the mothers who are also fathers.

22.01.2022 We were so lucky today to get a visit from a couple of unicorns today from @tallowoodpony Tallowood ponies offer unicorns at special events such as parties or festivals!!! Thank you for coming guys!! All of the customers at @thevalleyblend got so excited and thought I was going crazy when I told them there were unicorns visiting

20.01.2022 As most of you know we live in the North Boambee Valley on a hobby farm. This is what we named the business after. My absolute passion are my goats! They are my everything. Unfortunately Clover our youngest goat is unwell so I will be taking tomorrow morning off work to be with my paddock friends. Please be extra kind to the girls at the cart if you pop down as I would be lost without the staff! I am so grateful for all of the people who support us & appreciate all of your business. If I don’t see you tomorrow I’m sorry and I will catch up with you on Wednesday! Ayla will have the fire burning hot tomorrow morning for you all lots of love... 20.01.2022 What an amazing ride the past 3 years have been!!! Wow my life is just consumed by coffee these days! @thevalleyblend was created by trying to create special moments with loved ones. In a chaotic world there are small blessings called tea or coffee breaks. In that small moment of our daily ritual we can find sanctuary amongst a busy world. What a special experience it can be! Most of you are aware by now that my daughter and I started @thevalleyblend as we really enjoyed caf...e hopping and tasting so many different coffees and most importantly the experience spending time together. We hope you find the joy we try and create for you when you drink our coffees. I honestly couldn’t put my all and everything into the business if I had small children. 16.01.2022 Last year this group of retired men met around the fire. Since then they became friends and now they come everyday to catch up with each other. Same time everyday!! We call them the rent a crowd. We joke around and pretend there is a president and there is a joining fee etc. Little did they know that a local business Willaid would ask them to be models for their advertisements. They don’t usually sit in scooters etc. I think they did however love the scooters!!! A big thank you to Willaid Health Care Equipment for letting the rent a crowd be their models and using @thevalleyblend as a back drop

13.01.2022 I would just like to take this time to say a huge thank you to everyone who have supported us along our journey! I love the Coffs Harbour Community!! We are very grateful to all of you!!! Today we said goodbye to our regular customer Katie as she travels back home to Singapore after a longer then expected trip to Australia. It was an emotional goodbye! 12.01.2022 Well the rains are really here!! So instead of making coffees today I did all of the other important part of my job and have a catch up with my book keeper Zoe from @thenumbershub If your looking for a good book keeper that keeps you on track and organised.. you should definitely contact Zoe. We had a meeting at my favourite sawtell cafe and as I paid Zoe was behind me ensuring I asked for a receipt Yep it was a work meeting and I can claim that Thank you Zoe for keeping me on track and feeling inspired

11.01.2022 Happy Father’s Day to my Dad and to all of the other Dads Granddads and mums that are Dads and to all of the great Fathers who have passed to the other side. I am very lucky and grateful that I have my Dad working with us everyday at The Valley Coffee. My Dad does all of the shopping, coffee deliveries and maintenance around the business. Dad took a day off last week to travel to Tamworth and we were kind of lost! We had so much more work to do we didn’t realise the value Dad added to the coffee cart! 10.01.2022 There are lots of good humans out there. Our good customers from Urunga handed out a pay it forward card today. The lady who received the free coffee got tears and couldn’t believe how kind some people could be! Apparently the receiver was having a bad day and the coffee made such a difference! Thank you for being so kind to each other

10.01.2022 Do you remember me telling you about the guys that met around the fire one cold morning? They were all retired strangers that became friends. Now they meet up everyday at 10.30 at the valley to catch up for coffee. They ended up calling themselves the rent a crowd. So to show my thanks and gratitude for their ongoing support and also for a bit of a laugh I got them tops made up.. the valley coffee tops that say RENT A CROWD at the back of their polos there is some people missing in this pic but you get the idea

09.01.2022 As most of you are aware, we have been collaborating with our local chef Eddie from Ed's Tucker Box. Since Covid Eddie and Liz can no longer travel to markets and festivals so we have been collaborating together. We have their amazing old skool menu on the black boards at the cart ( the food is just like grandma cooked ). They even have a night time menu which can be ordered and picked up at The Valley Coffee at an arranged time. If you live in the Lakes Estate or the North ...Boambee Rd it can be delivered. 03.01.2022 Dad and I working together. Family is SO important. I had a customer once ask me if I knew how lucky I was to work with my Dad. He told me that I was so lucky because he didn’t have any family. So I told him I will be his cousin. Since this day we have a little community of a coffee family. Some are brothers or sisters, some are uncles or aunties.. cousins or grandparents. Coffee has United 1 big family. What makes it even more special? We always hear I love you as they leave. Lots of people don’t have family... especially as they get older so this coffee community means a lot to some
