18.01.2022 Impress your mates and enjoy making our Salt Bush Tommy's cocktail this week. 60ml Patron Silver tequila 30ml Lime juice 15ml Palm sugar syrup... 1 kaffir lime leaf A few salt bush leaves Chili Shake all ingredients in a Boston shaker with ice. Add chili if you're feeling spicy. Double strain and pour over the ice. For the Palm Sugar Syrup, boil 200g palm sugar to 100ml of water until dissolved. Enjoy!
