24.01.2022 6-unit bridge. Flashback to almost 3 years ago (pre-COVID) when I did this. Fitted beautifully and saw the patient recently - all going strong . This is probably the only place I would consider a 6-unit span bridge, and then only taking into consideration a patient’s bite force and oral hygiene.
