North Shore based portrait & event photographer Kirsten Delaney will be at Nationals this weekend, aiming to capture some highlights of the competition and some behind the scenes images. 19.01.2022 Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow afternoon! - Jeremy English of the Northbridge Knockouts is inviting competition skippers to a combined speed training session tomorrow Sunday 7th June to celebrate the 2020 Nationals weekend. ... This weekend was to be the reunion of our skipping families in Brisbane for the National Championships. We have created these speed sessions to give our athletes the opportunity to still meet and train together this weekend. 14.01.2022 *** Important message for TEAM AUSTRALIA athletes *** If you are yet to place your order for TEAM AUS competition uniforms (singlet, shorts, tights) through su...pplier, Sylvia P - please hold off until we give you further information. Sylvia P has just rolled out a new website and we have discovered a couple of glitches with their online ordering process. If you have already ordered - you do not need to do anything! It is only the ordering process that has a couple of hiccups. There are no changes to the competition uniforms. Thanking you in advance for your understanding and patience.

13.01.2022 Dear all, With my disappointment and sincere apology, I will need to cancel the rest of Term 1 Jump-Fit skipping. As you have been informed by the Federal and N...SW government, all non-essential services are to shut down. There is a bit of a gray area if our skipping classes may or may not operate under the guidelines. I would love to remain opening the classes for kids for their exercise and regular routines (kids need routines for their sanity). However, I feel that we are also socially responsible to follow the health departments guidance to keep children, coaches and their families safe. Whether we can resume classes in Term 2 is still unknown. When I have time, I will post some skipping exercise/ routines online with the coaches help. So kids can continue skipping/ exercising at home. There are 2 more lessons remaining this term. I am ready to refund the fee for two lessons ($28) over internet banking. Please send your banking/ PayPal details. Alternatively, I can offer TWO freestyle ropes instead. Credit for next term unfortunately (for me) may not be suitable as the date of resuming classes is still pending. (Or kindly donate the amount for us to develop online resources) Again, I apologise sincerely to our wonderful skippers who have been taken away their opportunity to have fun skipping with their friends and our caring coaches. 02.01.2022 Congratulations to all the Knockouts who took part in day one of the NSW/ACT Skipping Championships. Our club went home with 31 Gold medals, 11 Silver and 21 Bronze, plus a national record of 451 for Toby in 3-minute single rope endurance and a clean sweep of medals in the 9 Years Female Freestyle event! Looking forward to seeing you all bright and early tomorrow morning for the team events
