24.01.2022 WARNING TO FURBABY PARENTS The last week or so, usually between midnight and 2am(ish) I have noticed someone out whistling near people's houses in what seem...s to be an attempt to set them off/call them. With all of the recent dog thefts and suddenly missing furbabies I am quite worried that it may be someone trying to work out which houses have dogs and which dogs they can get to come close to them to potentially take. I had someone calling "Puppy puppy puppies" at my house reasonably quietly roughly 4 evenings ago, however it was around 6pm-7pm. I didn't see the person but I heard what sounded like a female voice clear as day. Please don't leave your babies out at night, or when you go out if possible, tell your neighbours, keep a close eye on your furbabies, and lock all garage doors and gates securely. If you can install a spotlight in your front yard and/or near entries to your property, I recommend it. It could potentially save your babies life. This has been around Hilldale Crescent Morayfield, Hillgrove Court Morayfield, etc. Please share!

09.01.2022 BAITING WARNING - MORETON BAY REGION - 11.01.2019 There has been a report of dogs being allegedly baited in the Caboolture area (near Coventry Place Park) on th...e 11th of this month. Police believe that they were baited with an intent to steal the dogs and property. We are urging all pet owners to keep an eye on your pets, or bring them inside when you are not home. The symptoms of a poisoned pet depend on the type of poison s/he is exposed to. 03.01.2022 Not sure what type/colour of mushrooms that are toxic but please check your yards,I found purple/black ones in my yard this morning so again please check ur yard and remove all mushrooms before ur fur babies eat them

03.01.2022 Hi everyone, hope your all well and now that the cooler weather has arrived we can catch up more regularly for a meet up. I just wanted to share with you all, something I saw on a community fb page which covers mostly north lakes but also surrounding suburbs..... A few people have noticed bits of meat being thrown into their yards ( according to various ppls comments, the meat is baited with a sleeping type drug- to either sedate dogs so they can do a break n enter on the ho...use and/or to steal dogs) The houses which have been targeted with this meat have also noticed an X scratched onto the brickwork of the house. ( unsure as to whether this is someone within the same circle of pricks targeting dogs ) but Recently a male was arrested with a detailed map of suburbs and he’d marked out which properties had dogs etc, it’s still unknown what exactly the properties with dogs are identified for within the criminal world but it’s something all of us dog owners need to be made aware of and to keep an eye on ur dogs eating anything they shouldn’t be when in the backyard etc. I hope that no one gets targeted but please be aware that this is just yet another thing society has dished out for us to be aware of unfortunately. If anyone has heard anything or has been targeted already, please feel free to let all the other Rottweiler owners on here know about it...
