25.01.2022 This lovely family home is very close to being finished for hand over to the excited owners. Still a few finishing touches to complete the kitchen. The home has an abundance of storage throughout. Sorry ladies I forgot to take some photos of the enormous and functional pantry....every woman's dream. The laundry has a complete wall of storage and there is an additional walk in store room in the home. I am so pleased with the finish of this home. Another quality build by Benton Builders based in Jamestown.

20.01.2022 Restoration of a beautiful old farmhouse back to its former glory by Quicks Building & Floor Surfacing based in Manoora. The roof and verandahs were completely replaced. A new en suite and robe were created in an existing bedroom. The new addition to the rear included a bathroom, laundry, kitchen, living room and external decking. The kitchen and living room take advantage of the North aspect, creating a light filled and warm space throughout winter. A six star energy rating was easily achieved for the new addition due to the ideal North/South orientation.

16.01.2022 Gorgeous family home in Penwortham. This home has stunning views to the south. High clerestory windows were added to the open living area to capture the north light.

15.01.2022 Riesling Trail Complete transformation of a very dated 2storey building that was previously used as bed and breakfast accommodation. The building is now the managers residence. Total refurbishment internally and externally. This included an entire new floor plan, new kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and a new welcoming entrance.

14.01.2022 Another project progressing beautifully in Balaklava. Finishing touches are still to be done. The family is getting very excited about moving into their new home. Great work by Durdin Building, based in Balaklava.

14.01.2022 Always exciting to see another project become a reality. A new home in Clare well under way with construction. Brilliant work by Clare Quarry doing the earthworks on this site. I think I need to get a bigger business sign, mine looks a little small against Brad's sign!

05.01.2022 A beautiful and spacious family home designed around a central courtyard. Comfort plus clear vent windows were used throughout the home that allow for excellent crossflow ventilation. There is a large open plan living area with South facing views. A secondary den was designed with North facing windows for a cosy winter room. 01.01.2022 An addition to an existing holiday home at Scott's Creek. The new wing is at a 50 angle to the original building to avoid an existing enormous River Gum tree that was to be retained. A central staircase seperates the living and kitchen from the bedroom wing.
