22.01.2022 Hi Everyone Just an update on our procedures following the latest news from the Australian Department of Health. Only students and teachers will be permitted into the studio (this includes the Tiny Toes and Twinkle Toes classes). Please insure your child has been to the toilet and washed their hands before entering the studio. If you or your child has any of the following symptoms please self-isolate. Cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fever, fatigue, runny nose. ...If a student comes to class showing any of these symptoms their parents will be phoned and will need to be collected immediately. All students entering the studio will need to sanitise their hands (hand sanitiser will be provided). No food to be taken into the studio. Students will not be permitted to use the bubbler at GSAC so will need to bring their own drink bottle. Ensuring our students health and safety is our main priority so we have implemented the following: No holding hands in class No using props Disinfecting high-touch surfaces regularly Keeping students at appropriate distances Thank you for your understanding at this time. Stay safe, healthy and calm. Xx

22.01.2022 Update. As per the announcement from the NSW State Government face masks will be mandatory to enter the studio from 5pm Wednesday 31st March 2021. GSAC will be introducing a no mask no entry policy. Children 12 years and under DO NOT need to wear a mask.

05.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that I pass on the news that the NSW Government is shutting down all non-essential activities. Even though dance to me is truly essential for the mind, body and soul we at NCDA need to be guided by the NSW Government. The socially responsible thing to do is to suspend our face to face classes at this time to flatten the curve of Covid-19. Rest assured, with the love, health and wellbeing of our students in mind, we are working on a contingency plan... which will involve online classes that the whole family can enjoy in their lounge room! Fun competitions and lots of learning. More information will be available in the next few days. We are very grateful for the support from the NCDA community. With the mindset of Calm over Chaos and Peace over Panic we will get through this. ‘This too shall pass’ is one of my favourite sayings. Stay healthy, happy and calm and let’s keep dancing together, alone!
