20.01.2022 A couple of common rail Denso fuel pumps in for testing. Both pumps came of engines being rebuilt and had Genuine denso Suction Vontrol Valves fitted and then tested on bench to make sure they meet flow and pressure specs. Both passed with flying colours and have now been sent back to customers to be fitted to engines. (Injectors where with 1 of pumps and again unltrasonic cleaned, flush and tested and supplied back with genuine sealing washers/orings.

02.01.2022 Bit late for this weeks post. 1 of the jobs we had this week was to overhaul ford ranger/Mazda BT50 2.2Lt high pressure common rail pump. Pump was Stripped and inspection to make sure no major failure. All parts ultrasonic cleaned. Rebuild with all new seals, gaskets, Suction control valve and new stainless steel plunger springs.... Reason for replacing to stainless springs are factory spring are prone to fail and cause a number if issues when running in car. Once assembled pump is bench tested to make sure it meet flow specification and of course it does not leak. Pics of spring difference and during disassembly.
