24.01.2022 To all Vet Nurses/trainees/techs/assistants, but especially to our team, thank you for everything you do. You always go the extra mile for our patients, clients and vets. Whether that’s answering that call after your shift ‘finishes’, helping soothe the pet in recovery, being there as that extra helping hand, taking food/medications to clients, cracking a joke to lift the mood on an average day, feeding the vets and the coffee... oh the coffee. You make us what we are. We are so lucky. Hope you all had a great day.

24.01.2022 Thank you to the Victorian community for their valiant efforts during Covid 2020. With the easing of government restrictions from Monday 30th November we will be inviting clients back into the consult rooms on a trial basis. We request that social distancing etiquette be maintained. This includes: -Reduced seating on either side of the waiting room -If these seats are occupied, or if you prefer, please continue to wait outside the front doors/in your cars after checking ...in at reception -Only ONE (1) person (or essential personnel only) with their pet is permitted in the consult rooms -Face masks must be worn in the clinic -Hand sanitisation upon entering the clinic is still required -Entry continues to be via the front door only We are very excited to make this next step. We do so cautiously and with each and every one of you supporting us by doing the right thing. Rest assured we will continue our stringent hygiene measures to keep everyone, including our amazingly resilient team, as safe as possible. Image from dailystar.co.uk

21.01.2022 Important Updates regarding nOah's services: Amendments have been made by the Victorian Government regarding permitted veterinary services in metropolitan Melbourne during stage 4 restrictions. As of Tuesday 18th of August we will only be able to see patients that are unwell or if failure to receive veterinary care will compromise it’s health or welfare. This unfortunately means we will need to delay routine appointments, including vaccinations, and non urgent procedures u...ntil stage 4 restrictions are lifted. If you have received a text message indicating your pet’s appointment or procedure has been cancelled please call the clinic at 9482 1913 to reschedule. If you have any concern about your loved one or need more clarification on the current restrictions please do not hesitate to contact us. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to thank you for your patience and understanding. There is no individual, colleague, or family that has not been impacted by COVID-19 and together we will get through this. We cannot wait to resume full services when we are directed to do so. Until then take care, and most importantly, stay safe.

17.01.2022 Ever wonder what happens to your patients while they're in our care for surgery? Well, if they're able (and consents) to be catered around like a baby, nurse Jess is our overly enthusiastic baby sitter who will do the above

And don't forget to keep those Easter treats well out of the reach of your pets! Foods such as chocolate and sultanas (including grapes & raisins) , commonly found in hot cross buns, are highly toxic to our four legged-friends. For emergency veterinary care, please call CARE 24hr Emergency Centre on 1300 888 200

River went through a long journey with us over the past 2 months and we were seeing her every week. She is a brave, much loved whippet and we all enjoyed looking after her. We are very thankful for River's mum's trust in our team and for those beautiful flowers and card. Thank to all of you who are so kind to us. With Love,... Team nOah See more
