The Belgian Pale, Spicy yeast driven start with banana and pear prevalent, some malt sweetness pokes through followed by mango and passionfruit and a bitter balancing finish. ... Sometimes we get lucky. This beer was intended to be our flagship beer Ace Pale Ale. Somewhere along the line the yeast mutated and threw the spicy Belgian notes with banana and pear this brew exhibits.
