21.01.2022 Congratulations to BSR Junior Netballers who today played in the Orroroo Junior Carnival. The Div 1 girls made it through to the grand final, loosing to Southern Flinders. Southern Flinders 10 defeated BSR 4 Top Team Player Lara Meyer & Brooke Whitcombe... The Div 2 girls also made it through to the Grand Final, undefeated. BSR 5 defeated Orroroo 0 in the Grand Final Top Team Player Sophie Weckert

21.01.2022 Well done to the 2020 squad for their first hit out in the pink dresses for the year! We had a great day (even with a few showers drifting through to cool every...one down during the day!) playing a round robin against Northern Metro and Central Ranges academies in Clare. A great opportunity to try lots of combinations and play new opponents. Rest up girls!

20.01.2022 Thank you everyone for your support of Pink Round last weekend to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research and support services. Thank you to BBH, BSR, North and MinMan who turned their home grounds pink for this great cause. Together we were able to raise over $1800 for Breast Cancer Network and $1100 for the McGrath Foundation. A fantastic effort. ... 16.01.2022 BBH juniors played in the Orrorro Minis Carnival yesterday. Best player BBH div 1 Emmylou Cooper. Best player BBH div 2 shared Sophie Taylor and Pippa Benson. BBH has been taking part in this carnival for a very long time and is a highlight of the junior season. Great experience for all players & a well run carnival.

16.01.2022 MID NORTH JUNIOR CARNIVAL - Done & Dusted! Well done to Min-Man & North Clare for successfully hosting the 2nd Round Robin Junior carnivals over the weekend. Nearly 400 players participated. A big thank you to our medal sponsor Waterloo Windfarm - great supporters of netball in the mid north. Abby Walker-Schwartz (Min-Man Netball President), Briony Ackland (Min-Man Carnival Coordinator) & committee is to be praised for their outstanding organisation of the two carnivals. Abb...y & Briony took all nominations/registrations, drew up the programs & liaised with clubs/teams. A massive effort! Thank you to Abby, Briony & the carnival team for your hard work. 13.01.2022 Good luck to all teams playing in the Junior round robin carnival over this weekend at Clare & Mintaro. Nearly 400 players are participating!

12.01.2022 Div 1 have finished for the games but have done our Academy super proud. Giving their all to the final siren of each game and playing some great netball. Div 2 have gone through the minor round undefeated and about to play in the first final.

09.01.2022 Academy Games 2020 is here. So fortunate to be here and the girls have the opportunity, considering what 2020 has thrown at us. We are pumped and ready to go.

09.01.2022 Training #2 Great day had today! Very exciting to have the squad on court enjoying match play for the first time. A big day focused on the basics of attacking... and defence and reintroducing match play. Girls did well and intensity and skills improve with each activity during the day. Rest up and sleep well tonight girls!

07.01.2022 NENA NET SET GO CLINIC & THUNDERBIRD PLAYER VISIT: On Sunday 23rd May NENA has been able to secure a Suncorp Net Set Go Clinic with two Thunderbirds players and local coaches. There is a session for 5-7 and 8-10 year olds. Register with your Clubs

Results: Winning teams pictured. 18 & Under - Final JPNC def Saint/Hawks 15 & Under - Final - Saints/Hawks def BSR... 13 & Under - Final - North Clare (Yellow) def Min-Man (White) by 1 goal in overtime! 10 & Under - Final - Blyth/Snowtown def RSMU. The next round robin carnival will be held over the weekend of August 15 & 16. Min-Man & North Clare hosting.
