17.01.2022 Hi there Just a bit about myself I Am a Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist, based on the Northern Beaches. I have been practicing massage since 2011 and have created unique techniques, which will help you reach your physical goals.... I was a high level swimmer for 15 years, competed with some of the best in the world. I have competed at the 2008 and 2012 Olympic trials and also was a top 3 ranked swimmer for England and top 8 for Australia. I now practice Mixed Martial Arts and will also be competing in a mixture of events in the future. I have experienced many different types of therapies and rehabilitation techniques.
