21.01.2022 Congratulations to Matty Mac on his 100km finish at the Guzzler yesterday - two 100km races in the space of a month is a phenomenal achievement! Also, congrats to Jack Gill for toughing it out in the 50km race. This morning down at Cooly in windy conditions Kyle and Scott both ran superbly in the 10km staggered start race in the lead up GC 50 event.... Great to see the NORTHS singlets on display throughout the week!

18.01.2022 BLACKALL!!!!! Best of Luck to our Norths Runners at Blackall tomorrow!!! QLD's answer to UTA is a stunning event through Sunshine Coast's Hinterland.... In the 50km, we have Rowan Miller, Jack Gill and Ando Moquiuti. Running their first ever 100km, we have Eve Lanoux and Matt McIntyre. Follow them on the Blackall link and we can t wait for you ring that Blackall finisher's bell.

13.01.2022 This weekend is the Glasshouse 100 Race. Best of luck to our NORTHERN BOYS Brad Aird (3rd place last year) and Jack Gill (3rd in the recent 65km Scenic Rim Ultra) - I am looking forward to racing with these two legends. Let me know if anyone else is heading up to spectate or race.

04.01.2022 Plenty of yellow and green NORTH’s shirts out and about this HOT weekend. Some outstanding results. Tom Brimelow 2nd the 50k scorching time 3:13... Abdo and Jack Gill 1 st in the relay. Scott George killing the 50k coming in 8th only a week after WECH50k!!! Rowan Miller and Mr K doing the double 50k WEGC50 & GC50 a week apart !! Matt & Matt out on the trails at the Sunshine Coast. Thanks Tom Batty for getting the club up and running, lots of work behind the scenes. I can’t wait to see what 2021 brings. Perhaps we should copy the mountain goats and do a ‘beer mile’!!
