21.01.2022 A friend posted the details for Headspace, who are focused on adolescent mental health. The context of this for my friends far and wide is the sudden rise in suicides in our local area. Including 2 teenagers in recent weeks in our small town. Very difficult to comprehend. Living in a beautiful location is not everything. Support, friendship, connection and good mental health services are vital. Please keep an eye on those around you and be ready to reach out for someone who ...might need you to be there... Here is a 24 helpline for people of all ages: The mental health issues related to lockdown and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression. The wonderful charity MIND have a 24 hour helpline: Call 1800 875 204 Please could any of my Facebook friends just copy and repost to share the helpline far and wide.

17.01.2022 What’s your biggest challenge this year? Have you sat down to think about it? The future always holds two things - a challenge and a threat. Defining and focusing on our challenge helps us to build a process for reaching our ultimate goal. Focusing too much on the threat makes us feel afraid and inactive.

09.01.2022 There’s something going on where job seekers are not finding advertised jobs. I’ve been speaking to employers in the Tweed Byron area who have advertised and had zero applicants.
