23.01.2022 10 roosters of which our customer took advantage of our **NEW** $6 Inclusive Deal 5 birds portioned into wings,legs,breast fillets,thigh cutlets,,diced/stir fry meat + kebabs(marinated in our home made Teriyaki sauce) Also Crumbed snitzel in the mix Breast fillets & Thigh cutlets then crumbed Please remember there are extra charges for crumbing/marinating ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~... 5 birds turned into mince of which 3kg was used in sausages 1.5 kg used for crumbed rissoles + 1.5 kg left as plain mince These are not part of the $6 Inclusive Deal See more

21.01.2022 Just 4 little ducks with 2 left whole & 2 cut up into portions(comes under our $6 Inclusive Deal) Frames are going to make stock

21.01.2022 13 rabbits processed this week All were left whole however one was made into diced meat then just a bit of left over trim fed some very spoilt felines

20.01.2022 Some little roosters just turned into mince(1.4kg) then made into spiced rissoles with home made Blackened Seasoning upon request of customer

15.01.2022 35 roosters causing havoc in the pens just left whole 5 small bunnies left whole

08.01.2022 We processed 4 quail this week The lovely Sarah shared her delicious meal idea with us Quails marinated in an Asian sticky marinate overnight then baked in the oven Don't they look absolutely mouth water

08.01.2022 Our first ever call for processing of Guinea Fowl Customer chose to have these portioned into legs,wings,breast & thigh fillets Guinea Fowl are just $4.50 left whole If wanting portioned ect it will fall under our $6 Inclusive Deal per bird
