11.01.2022 As the season comes to an end the NTCUSA would like to congratulate all umpires that have been selected for any semi and grand finals. Last week saw Yasir Maqsood & Darren Dietz stand in the Colts Grand Final, while this week we have Russell Hogarth & David Kemp travelling to Scamander for the East Coast Association T20 Grand Final, Bibek Sedhai & Jason Holton will be standing in the Over 40's Grand Final and Noel West & Craig Johns will be taking charge of the 3rd Grade Grand Final. While across in the TCL Russell Day is standing in their Premier League Prelim. Good luck to all

09.01.2022 I'm pleased to confirm that Ian Lock, Cricket Australia National Umpire Coach will be the guest at our Seminar on Saturday 7th September. Hailing from Western Australia, Ian umpired cricket at local, State, National & International level. He stood in a total of 174 matches, including 56 'List A' matches. In his role, Ian is responsible for driving the on-going improvement of high performance cricket umpires in Australia. The Seminar is being held at the NTCA Ground in Launces...ton and will commence at 9am. Lunch, morning tea & afternoon tea will be provided for a small cost of $30. Cricket Tasmania is working on another speaker to come along as well. Please confirm your attendance as soon as possible, so that catering etc. can be planned. Any queries, please let me know ASAP.

With a... long road of recovery ahead, the parrots would love to see the community get behind this event as we support Ernie for his journey ahead! The day will kick off at 11:00am up at Parrot Park! 20/20 cricket match between Bridgenorth & Birralee starting at 12:00pm! Bar facilities avaliable! BBQ and Kiosk will be open all day! Jumping castle for the kids from 12:30! Face Painting! Auction starting at 2:00pm!
