25.01.2022 ** UPDATE 12:25PM: All lanes are now open ** CRASH - LUDMILLA Police are responding to a two-vehicle collision on Bagot Road Ludmilla near Fitzer Drive. One outbound lane is currently closed. Police ask that motorists drive with care and avoid the area if possible.



25.01.2022 Police recruits Jake and Rhys were doing driver training at East Point when they came across an injured dog, and - always ready to help - took the doggo into custody. After being subjected to numerous pat downs and belly rubs, the pupper was safely delivered to the local vet for treatment and to track down its people. We understand a happy reunion has taken place.

25.01.2022 *** UPDATE 11am: The road is now clear ** Emergency Services have responded to a road crash on Campbell Road, Knuckey Lagoon. Two people have been taken to hospital with what are believed to be serious but not life threatening injuries.... Power lines have been dislodged as a result of the crash and Power and Water are working to make the area safe. Campbell Road Road is currently closed to all traffic at the intersection with Stevens Road and Thorngate Road. All traffic is requested to avoid the area.

A storm has passed through the Adelaide River area and Police have received multiple reports of trees down across the Stuart Hwy. including two fallen trees 30klm south of the town. 22.01.2022 UPDATE: A man has been taken into custody following the death of a woman. Investigations underway. Police are responding to an incident on Freshwater Road, Jingili. The public is asked to keep movement to a minimum in Jingili, Moil and along Rapid Creek. Please follow any direction given by authorities.



20.01.2022 SMOKE HAZARD - MARRARA Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Service are currently undertaking backburning operations on Amy Johnson Drive in Marrara. Motorists are advised there may be smoke in the area and are asked to please slow down, turn headlights on and drive to conditions.
