25.01.2022 The NACB would like to advise all users of the Northern Athletic Centre that the centre will be closed from Monday 6th February due to track resurfacing works. At this stage we do not have a completion date, however we will post an update as soon as we know further details

18.01.2022 Following the NACB AGM it has been resolved that the NACB will be merged with the Northern Branch and will operate under the newly formed Northern Tasmanian Athletics. For updates please like the new page at Northern Tasmanian Athletics

18.01.2022 Work is well underway on the resurfacing of the Track.

17.01.2022 AGM Northern Athletic Centre Board is to be held on Tuesday 23rd June 2015 at the St Leonards Athletic Centre commencing at 7.30 pm. Board representatives from NBAAT, Northern Masters Athletics, South Launceston Little Athletics, Tasmanian Little Athletics and LCC are invited to attend.

16.01.2022 Just a quick note to anyone who is thinking of heading out to the track to work off their Christmas lunch there is currently no water due to a burst water main. This has been reported to council but we currently have no estimated time of restoration.

10.01.2022 All packed up ready for resurfacing to start Tuesday morning. Just a reminder that there will be no access to the track until further notice

09.01.2022 The track is almost done. Line marking is underway.

03.01.2022 Please note that the centre will be CLOSED for any/ ALL Athletics activities from early next Tuesday morning (7th February 2017) to commence track resurfacing. Strictly no admittance until further notice. Apologies for any inconvenience, but the new track surface will make it worthwhile!

03.01.2022 Level 1 coaching course is scheduled for Sunday 22nd November at the St Leonards Athletic Centre. Contact Athletics Tasmania if interested. Level 2 course scheduled for 12-13th Dec in Hobart.
