01.01.2022 Sick time has arrived and I was no exception to it. I thought of making something to help the immune system. I chopped up parsley, coriander, chives, dill, Thai Basil and put in a glass jar and added olive oil. You can also add garlic and black pepper and lemon if you like. I will have a couple of table spoons with meal. Can be enjoyable on toast, over hot boiled potatoes or noodles, can be a garlic bread ingredient. Enjoy and stay well
