22.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone! Friendly reminder our Monday classes will be combined for Easter Monday 6:00-7:30 with the last 30 mins focussing on the higher grades. 21.01.2022 Seaforth dojo msg: Dear Students, training will be at our regular hall under the Colo tonight (37 Kempbridge Ave, Seaforth NSW 2092) There will be a combined 6-730pm class tonight, juniors can bow out at the regular 7pm (can extend till 8pm weather permitting). Please wear sneakers or closed in footwear as we will be focusing on self defence and bunkai applications tonight.... Confirming class wont be on at the previously planned backup hall on Yatama st as the school has advised that hall is also busy. Yours in Karate, Sensei James

21.01.2022 Awesome news has been announced and we'd like to send a huge congratulations from the Northern Beaches to Shihan Gavin Samin and Shihan Anthony Ryan on being bestowed the title of Shihan by Kancho Robert Sullivan. Note: For new students; Shihan. Shihan () is a Japanese term that is used in many Japanese martial arts as an honorific title for expert or senior instructors. It is typically translated as "master instructor".

15.01.2022 Self defence principal #1 awareness. Another crazy video of people getting their phones stolen right out of their hands. Crazy to think that this happens in such a seemingly open safe environment. It seems like a well rehearsed operation from the other side of the planet.
