21.01.2022 Good afternoon Eagles on this cold and wet Saturday. We hope you are being safe and not missing football too much. Some of us might not be too sad that their is no footy today. As you probably know we were expecting new jumpers for the 2020 season. Unfortunately they did not arrive due to COVID-19 delays at customs. So our Eagles wore the old jumper to get us through the season. In light of the reduced season and with our new jumpers arriving soon we have decided that our E...agles can keep their jumpers and not return them to the club. We think they will make great training jumpers or just something to wear around the house. We do ask that you return our Eagles helmets and will be letting you know our plan for collection shortly. That being said we are still looking for 2 more jumper sponsors to add to our Rosella and GAME jumpers for next season. If you know of someone that would be interested in sponsoring our Eagles for seasons 2021, 22 and 23 please let me know. Thanks again for your support and hope our Eagles enjoy their jumpers. 20.01.2022 Today the Victorian State Government announced that regional Victoria will return to Stage 3 restrictions at 11.59pm on Wednesday, August 5th. From Wednesday ev...ening, all training and games for all community sport will be cancelled. The Goulburn Valley League, Shepparton District Junior Football League & Goulburn Campaspe Junior Football League will make individual statements in due course. Thanks to everyone for continuing to do the right thing, and for your understanding during this disappointing and tough time that we all are facing. 06.01.2022 Hi Eagles, It looks like our season has come to a close. I would like to take the chance to thank our players, parents and supporters for the short season we had. At least we got to play some football. I would also like to thank our coaches, team managers, umpires, time keepers and goal umpires for their efforts and for volunteering their time. Finally I would like to thank our committee and the SDJFL for their tireless work in getting our Eagles on the field. ...
