And lastly, to Brett, awarding a First Degree on your Black after 3 years of training and teaching is a pleasure!

04.01.2022 So finally we have a time line...... The beginnings of back to normal training starts. This week INDOORS, we will be running an open mat timetable for Juniors and Adult classes. The conditioning begins so from 23/11/20 we are back to normal CONTACT training. Bookings for classes are essential due to number restrictions.
