24.01.2022 Being an essential service, We have been busy over the covid-19 lockdown period fixing issues with peoples hot water, new renovations, fixing leaks, new tap change overs, new toilet installs and more. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to take photos of all jobs attended, but here is one from a job we had attended in mernda for a new maintenance company we are currently doing work for. Customer had no hot water for a week. the good old chromagen continuous flow strikes again! ...The chromagen’s instantaneous systems are known for the mother boards lasting about 7years and then give way. We had decided it would be better off getting them back up and running with a 6 star thermann 26 continuous flow hot water service backed with a 12 year warranty from thermann themselves. Customer was happy that they could finally have a hot shower! 01.01.2022 Another little bathroom renovation started in lalor today.

01.01.2022 A new customer had contacted us last night in regards to his basin was leaking. He told us that they had done a bathroom renovation about 1 and a half years ago. Turns out the tiler has done the fit off. The tiler decided he would use black plastic extensions on the hot and cold coming out the wall. Only problem was these extensions is, theyre only used for extending the cover plates around shower taps. It was leaking from those plastic extensions. We removed the vanity. Put... the proper brass extensions on also added in some cover plates and mini stops to make it look more neat. This is why you dont get other trades todo a plumbers job. Its a licensed trade for a reason. The customer had then asked us to service the kitchen taps.
