05.01.2022 Man V Fat will arrive at Starplex Gawler on 12th September 2019. Man v Fat is first and foremost a community weight loss program for overweight men that uses soccer as a forum for support and accountability. Results show that 95% of participants lose weight and get fitter. STARplex at Gawler will host the first Man v Fat league in South Australia. Based on the successful UK program of the same name Man v Fat assists men to lose weight in a social, fun environment which p...romotes exercise, healthy eating and lifestyle changes with an element of competition. An information night will be held at STARplex on 5th September 2019 at 6.30pm.
