25.01.2022 During the lockdown we were very fortunate to be supported by the Euroa locals who came out every week and brought take away pizzas. At the time there was loads of uncertainty everywhere but with plenty of take away pizzas flying out the door, we managed to plough through. We were able to pay the bills and fortunately come out the other side. At the time we promised a post corona party for all those who gave this regular support. I'm pleased to report, it looks as though the ...corona clouds have lifted and we can now host this party. So on Sunday the 13th of December at 3PM we have booked emerging talent @mimigilbert_ to perform a couple of sets in our garden. Check out her wonderful new album! You're all invited and for those who had all your loyalty card pizza slices stamped, you'll enjoy free pizzas and an hour of tap beer and house wine from 3PM. 11.01.2022 We're rolling out the big screen as we enjoy a Super Saturday of sport this weekend. We will be hosting two separate events in our wonderful garden. Cox Plate @ Northern Republic 1PM - 5PM First off is the big race day at Moonee Valley. With the running of the Cox Plate, the day of racing is one of the highlights of the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival. We'll be showing all the action from the track so get your racing gear on and fill up the betting account! ... AFL Grand Final @ Northern Republic 6PM - 10PM No doubt this years' Grand Final will be different to what we are used to. With the big match between Richmond and Geelong being played at the GABBA and under lights it will definitely have a different feel about it. But come the first bounce it's sure to be played in the spirit of any other Grand Final and it's sure to be a great game between the two teams. The night kicks off from 6:00PM. Tickets for each event are $48 per person. You will be treated to sharing plates packed with meatballs, calamari and fries. Following this we'll make sure you go home full with a selection of delicious woodfired pizzas and rotolinos served throughout. Your ticket also includes a FREE Moon Dog Lager or Bella Luna Proescco or arrival. We'll be giving away prizes throughout from our beer sponsor Moon Dog.

01.01.2022 Thrilled to have Ovi as head chef of Northern Republic. And what amazing experience Ovi comes with. Having being employed initially as a Sous Chef at the reputable George Calombaris establishment Hellenic Republic in Brunswick East, Ovi was promoted several times over the three years he was there, and in the end was in charge of the whole kitchen, before the Calombaris empire folded in January this year. Fortuitously, Ovi headed up the highway to Benalla following a secondary... school job offer for his wife. After COVID lockdown and 6 months at home looking after his three year old son, Ovi joined the Northern Republic team 4 weeks ago. Ovi is super passionate about food and loves nothing more than to hear postive comments coming back to him regarding his food.
