If you have a mortgage and you have funds available to redraw I suggest that you consider if the change discussed in this article will impact you. The second article states that CBA intend to implement the change from 1 September this year, so if you need to act, you should do so quickly. Northern Rivers Financial Advice isn’t licenced to provide credit advice (Australia Credit Licences are different to Australian Financial Services Licences) so I suggest you call your bank and ask them if this change will affect you and seek advice if necessary.

04.01.2022 I had the pleasure last night of attending the Lismore Art Club’s opening night of their Annual Art Show. This is always a fabulous community event and I am proud to sponsor the Best in Show, this year awarded to Margaret E Brown for her beautiful artwork of the West McDonnell Ranges. After spending time in that part of our beautiful country with my family last year, it was even more special to be able to speak with Margaret about her artwork and how she captures the majesty and colour of this incredible landscape.
