25.01.2022 Chalkie came for a visit again today We had some fun in the yard with a ball and got some happy snaps Not bad for a girl who turned 7 in April Chalkie is available for adoption if you would like to meet her She has spent time inside and has settled well and is a clean house guest ... She is good with most dogs and would be suitable to a family with another medium to large breed dog - although was fine with the 10kg Westie x R251000041

23.01.2022 16 September Pet Promise Day Organisation: Safe Pets Safe Families Inc... A lot of pets get surrendered or euthanised for reasons that could have been avoided or preventable, so we have created Pet Promise Day, a national awareness day that will bring about awareness and education that will educate people on what it takes to own a pet, picking the best pet for them. This will help reduce the number of pets being surrendered or euthanised and help compliment our charity Living Ruff in SA in helping keep people and pets together. Pet Promise Day

21.01.2022 When you witness your pooches ‘odd’ behaviour like humping, butt scooting and eating poop, you’re not alone in asking yourself ‘is my dog normal?’ These types of activities showcase instinctive animal behaviour which can be seen in all dog breeds the world over. bit.ly/GAP_Weird-dog-behaviours

18.01.2022 Worms are extremely common in dogs and the chances are that your dog will have worms at least once in their life. Once diagnosed, generally worms are easily treated and your beloved companion will be back to themselves in two shakes of a tail. bit.ly/GAP_Does-my-dog-have-worms

16.01.2022 Some fun in the sun today

Is it because he is just a plain jane. If so you should look beyond that black coat to the beautiful boy underneath. If you would like to meet Bisley please shoot us a message as we would love to find him a family of his own.

06.01.2022 A beautiful boy looking for his furever home Luke is an goofy boof head. He is very affectionate and would love to be your constant companion. He is content to... be left alone but he is much happier with human company. As with most greyhounds he doesn’t need a lot of walking, but absolutely adores to play, so would suite a fairly active family or individual. Luke will be an incredibly loyal companion and love you endlessly. Luke has come a long way with in training his manners. He is eager to please and is very food orientated. Luke has been in foster care for many months now and he would love to find his own family. If you think you are the right fit for Luke please contact Northern Rivers Greyhounds as Pets 0429 114 968
