23.01.2022 Even though we haven’t been allowed to run our normal clinics and clear round days, it’s been a great time to make some improvements to our grounds. New sand down on the sand arena New gravel driveway from one end of the yards to the other. And lots of slashing and spraying. Big Thankyou to Michael Flenley, Ken Felmingham and Gary Quincy.

21.01.2022 Wow what an amazing day for a working bee. So many members headed down mowed, whipper snippered, painted fence posts of the arena, cleaned up rubbish and fallen trees from around the grounds. Hugs thanks to everyone that came down. The grounds are looking beautiful.

20.01.2022 JAMIE COMAN CLINIC - Entries open tonight! All Members who are interested in entering our Jamie Coman clinic for September please remember entries open tonight at 8pm. You will receive an email in the next half an hour with the early entry code.

19.01.2022 A reminder to everyone attending tomorrow’s clear round day. Everyone who will be attending the grounds needs to do the covid check in on global, even if your not rider this your details must be recorded. If you arrive tomorrow and have not checked in you will be asked to do it before entry to the gates. Thankyou and looking forward to some fun jumping tomorrow.

The states will at some sta...ge have to vote on the administration DOCA it’s very important that all members reply to the below email they received on Friday and fill out the survey. 19.01.2022 IMPORTANT - Due to the current status of our Insurance it is important that all riders are aware of and adhere to the below. Under no circumstances can a non-member of NVSJC ride a horse within the WB Hunter grounds. This also includes current financial members children (if the children are not under a family/junior membership)... If you intend on coming to one of the clinics held by NVSJC you must become a member before riding. Membership can be obtained via Global Entries Online.

13.01.2022 We are so sorry to announce that the clinic booked for this weekend with Billy Raymont has been canceled on the advise from Equestrian Victoria We will move forward with the next clinic on the 15th 16th of August We have also added an extra date in September

12.01.2022 At this stage we are still on track to have Billy Raymont come up on the 18th and 19th July. The early entry code will be sent out to members sometime after 8pm tonight, if you don’t receive it please message Bronwyn to receive the code. As per Government requirements any body in an area that is in stage 3 restrictions, we ask you please don’t attend.

We are welcoming Billy back on the 18/19th July so anybody interested keep an eye on your emails for the early entry code that will be sent out to members on the 10th July entries will open on the 13th

09.01.2022 Hi All Members, Further to the post earlier today, we have this evening received further information from Jumping Vic on the restrictions and how they are currently applying to equestrian clinics being ran in Victoria. We have received confirmation that we will be able to at this stage run the rest of our upcoming planned clinics. ... With the constantly evolving circumstances, and information flowing in from both federal and state government organisations it is a rapidly changing environment. We do appreciate your understanding and support towards our club and our governing bodies. As well as your adherence to protocols put in place to protect all Australians. 09.01.2022 Some reminders for this weekend’s clear round training day: All floats/trucks must park in the yard and camping area - Caution the ground is wet COVID Safe guidelines apply - social distancing is a MUST and good hygeine. Hand sanitizer is provided on a table at the entrance to the sand arena - You MUST sanitise as often as possible, in and out of the arena. Maximum 10 people on the sand arena - Please adhere to this guideline, NO MORE than groups of 20 in one area with social... distancing to be met. 08.01.2022 We are sorry to announce that due to the new stage 3 restrictions which will come in to play overnight for regional Victoria. We will not be able to run our upcoming clinics, clear round days and working bees scheduled over the next 6 weeks. We are so sorry and hope everyone stays safe in these uncertain times.

06.01.2022 NVSJC Members and Supporters Our club has been nominated for Club of the Year in the Equestrian Victoria Awards. As a club we run 4 EA Showjumping Shows a year, 1-2 HRCAV Showjumping Shows & Mini Comps. The grounds are booked out most weekends for clinics, clear round days or competitions. We are very proud to have grown further as a club over the past few years and to be continuing to improve our facilities. ... 05.01.2022 Reminder to anyone wishing to attend our clear round day this Sunday, you are required to attend the working bee on Saturday if you wish to participate. If people could bring shovels, whipper snipers, brush cutters, etc. With the spring sun the grass around the grounds has gone wild. Thankyou and looking forward to seeing everyone out and about.

04.01.2022 We are welcoming Billy Raymont back on the 15th and 16th August for a 2 day clinic, we had a wonderful response to the last clinic so be sure you receive the early entry code on the 7th August and entries will open on the 10th at 7pm Open to memebers only

02.01.2022 With the lightning of restrictions we are super excited to announce we will be running our spring show on the 10/11th October (members only) Due to strict covid 19 regulations we will be requiring a few people to help with specific jobs and we would appreciate members to help out with these positions. We are requiring a gate marshal in ring 2, penciler in ring 1 and 2, these jobs requiring someone to ideally be the same person for the day, to prevent to many changes of people in the judges box. If anyone can help please PM what your availability is. Thank you and looking forward to everyone having a super weekend.
