A self confessed gym hater, Oriana admits that she does what she needs to do to stay healthy. She has lasted this long, done well and is a valued member. Not all members are gym junkies, its about good health and balance. Well done!

02.01.2022 Check this old vintage bike one of our members still uses at home. Think he lent it from Jesus back in the day. He reckons it still goes ok. Im getting the in trend modern version next week with the big fan wheel. Super challenging intervals with a much more comfortable seat.
