06.01.2022 Hi All, Hope everyone is not too cold this winter! With Spring around the corner it seems the Property Market is stabilising in the Melbourne and Sydney. Corelogic noted that during May Melbourne property price dropped 0.3% and Sydney 0.5%. This is compared to an annual drop of 9.9% in Melbourne and Sydney 10.7%. Fingers crossed is starts to increase over the next year. With rates getting lower and lower, give me a call to discuss your options.... Cheers Les
