03.01.2022 I'm a recent buyer in Evergreen at St Ives and couldn't be happier with their finished product. I have to admit to being worried about styling when buying off the plan, however, I was delighted to receive a relaxed vogue / Scandinavian styled penthouse. Beautiful oak flooring, floor to ceiling glass, stunning kitchen, soft close everything, modern outdoor paving system (you need this;)), underground rain water tanks, advanced (plant) landscaping...the list goes on.
