25.01.2022 Ok. Jules McConnel just rang me to see how we are traveling !!!! and I was soooo excited to tell her we may have three teams !!!! Thanks again for ongoing support of APF Fi-Funds and our dearest council NQPC !!! Can't wait for you guys to meet Paul Barker so we can pick his brain and learn together about safe camera flying skills !!!! Few more people registered or contact me direct to confirm. Yessss !!!! So far we have : ... Paul Barker and Kaaja Che' flying Camera Lance Loki Mark Dunne Zai Pieper Beauden Maher Rob Tilling Zak Tilling Shinji Hain Paul Osborne Cain Mousseknuckle Vella Anna Mueller Stephen Hicks and me to compete. Greg Puttick will join us as soon as finished with his work day !!!! Hopefully he finishes earlier that day, so he doesn't miss out on much.... Nathan Potter and Hannah Rennison and maybe Mick Hardy should be kicking about but not sure what their definite plans are yet ? Loretta Minutello our awesome judge would be there giving us tips and assisting / explaining competition scoring !!! We all need a bit more of sun-dancing action to guarantee the weather gods kindness, (of course !!!) We are planning to meet up on Friday the 12th at 7pm at Tully DZ to announce the draw. For the ones who can't make it, we will see you Saturday Meet and Greet time 8am (we might change that meeting time for Saturday, trying to match the tandems plan so we can back up their loads, but so far 8am it is !!! ) Don't forget to bring your Rel-suits and spares ! 15.01.2022 Ok. Let's get some comp vibes going ! I am super stoked. My teammates are here Can't wait to get some Whitefish action in the sky ! Yessssss. Bring on the 2019 QLD State Meet !... Let's bring some bling home, shall we ? Tomorrow (friday) start at 8am.

13.01.2022 Alright. What an awesome weekend that was !!! We met new people and made new friends and we won medals by turning some points !!!!! How cool was that ! I can't wait for more of those events. Those events would not happen without the awesome support of our dearest council NQPC and APF Fi Fund !!! Sending us Paul Barker was really really beneficial : everyone have now a better appreciation for camera flyers in general... It is not only about "wacking a camera on our helme...t" lol It is about being a team player and willing to provide best footage at all time in a safe manner. I really hope we will see new camera flyers improving their skills in the next future. We already told Paul Baker we wanted him back Thanks again for being part of our Mini-Meet !!! Big shout out for Paul Baker, Kaaja Che' and Nathan Potter who rotated between teams and allow Loretta Minutello to judge our Mini-Meet 2019 !!!!!! Loretta Minutello is our only judge in North QLD, she is also our Chief Judge and part of NQPC. She is super keen as you would have all realised !!!! Thank you soooo much for your time and wisdom when it comes to competition and performance. Thanks for our Medal Presentation. Also I cannot write this without mentioning my partner in crime, best mate and hopefully forever team mate Karen Hardy. She had to go back to work and would have loved to be with us... She checked on me and helped me get the draw organised and she sure did the sun dance for us too, all the way from Darwin !!!! lol Thanks Mamafish. Bha... We couldn't have done it without our awesome DZSO/GCA/MANIFEST couple Nathan Potter and Hannah Rennison Thanks for driving so far for us, hope Monday morning was not too hard.... !!!! Now let's talk about us competitors !!!!! We had 3 teams competing. We did 8 rounds. And we snuck a 9 way Speed Star whoop whoop. Here are the results : 1st. Fourplay (Paul Osborne, Anna Mueller, Stephen Hicks and Cain Mousseknuckle Vella) with a total of 35 points. 2nd. All 4 One (Mick Hardy, Lance Loki, Mark Dunne/Hannah Rennison and Zak Tilling) 3rd. Send it ! (Valerie Schmied, Beauden Maher, Zai Pieper and Rob Tilling) Thanks again for the great vibes and great weekend. Can't wait to do this again. Have you booked the State Meet dates yet ? 14th and 15th of September.

B Licence and above (unless prior DZSO approval) Funjumpers welcome - if you are not into competing come and play ! Can't wait !!! Whoop whoop !

There's also a link to Norman Kent's 16 minute camera safety video found in part 1 of that publication. Valuable viewing for anyone who uses a camera while skydiving
