In response to this the North Queensland Strata Title Inspection Program (NQSTIP) has come into effect and is a three-year project that involves the development and operation of an inspection and assessment program of strata properties in North Queensland. 11.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM This weeks team member is Brianne Gibson! Bri joined our team in July this year as our Townsville office receptionist. She has recently advanced into the role of assistant domestic insurance broker working alongside Isla and Elayna managing our domestic insurance portfolio.... Although Bri has only just commenced her career she has already gained attention for her excellent phone manner and engaging personality. 09.01.2022 During the week we had Dominiques turn our boardroom into an absolutely stunning 5 star dining experience for our first 10+Years Club Dinner held Friday night. We plan to host one of these annually in appreciation of our staff who have been with the company for 10 or more years. Catered by Michele's Catering the evenings food was exceptional paired with some excellent wines. A great evening was had by all with the drinks flowing long into the night. Congratulations and thank you to Ray Pavey (15 years), Tina Doherty (13 years), Jodie Kimber (12 years), Sheree McKaig, Shalon Gibson, Andrew Christopher and Kerri Skellern (10 years).

08.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY Today’s team member is Jodie Kimber! Jodie has now been with NQIB for over 12 years having previously worked for RACQ Insurance and Associated Marine Insurers. Jodie is one of our senior brokers servicing some of our largest clients. In her 12 years at NQIB she has also been involved in providing claims service to clients in the wake of Cyclone Yasi in 2011 and the Townsville Floods in 2019. She is noted for going the extra mile when it comes to finding... solutions for her clients. Jodie’s commitment to service goes beyond insurance and extends to NQIB’s involvement in the community through her coordination and participation in NQIB’s support of Food Relief NQ, Salvation Army Christmas Wrapping Appeal and other charitable and community events. 06.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY Today’s team member is Kristal Abraham! Another true local, Kristal has lived all her life in the Hinchinbrook region. She joined our NQIB Ingham office in early 2016. Along the way Kristal has learnt various facets of the insurance broking game. With a cheerful but determined personality Kristal has excelled in providing service to her clients which was recognised by her being awarded the NQ Employment Hinchinbrook Employee of The Year at the Hinchinb...rook Business Awards in 2019. This award followed hot on the heels of a year in which both the Hinchinbrook and NQ area in general experienced significant weather events resulting in a large number of claims. It was Kristal’s commitment to claims service that gained her recognition. Kristal currently principally assists our FNQ branch manager Kieran Volpe in providing service across his client portfolio. Outside of work life Kristal enjoys fishing

06.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY Today’s team member is Andrew Christopher! Andrew recently celebrated his 10th year with NQIB! He previously worked for CGU Insurance after relocating to Townsville from interstate around 15 years ago.... Andrew has a wealth of experience and is one of our senior brokers who services some of our larger clients. Although he has a mixed portfolio many of Andrew’s clients are from the construction and related industries that have a reliance on plant and machinery. In a past life Andrew was a motor mechanic by trade, this trades and mechanical experience positions him well to service his client base. Andrew’s technical trades knowledge also makes him a valuable asset as a point for reference within NQIB. Outside of work Andrew is a proud father and grandfather who enjoys a bit of good old 70’s heavy metal music
