20.01.2022 Hi everybody, exciting that we begin our first week of Long practices on a Monday night. Class will begin at 7:30 and conclude between nine and 9:15 PM. This way we will have a full Vinyasa flow with all components and a nice long 30 to 40 minutes yinComponent at the end. I will also be teaching the Thursday morning 6 AM class this week. Hope to see you all on your maths tonight for wonderful long class.x

14.01.2022 Happy 2019 yogis! Trusting you all had a magnificent two weeks of indulgence, rest and love. Northshore Yogo is back from today. And I am teaching so many classes so I hope I get to see you at many of them. Tonight I will take the 630 hot yoga and the 7:30 PM 90 minutes hot yoga plus yin. Wednesday I will be at fitness first in Hornsby 10:30 AM and all friends complimentary this week so just ask at reception.... Wednesday night I will be at yoga Kula for the 6:30 PM hot Vinyasa and then yin at 7:30 PM Thursday 5:50 AM hot yoga at Kula. And 930 fitness first Hornsby. See you when you are Mat!

06.01.2022 Happy New Year Northshore Yoga! Wishing each and everyone of you a fabulous 2019 filled with health vitality gratitude and most importantly love. In terms of classes beginning again, I will be teaching the 1030 yoga class at Hornsby fitness first today open to Gym members. Tomorrow, 5:50 AM at yoga Kula 9:30 AM at fitness first Hornsby.... From Monday next week I will be teaching many classes throughout January at yoga Kula, check online to see options. Hope to see you all very soon. x

03.01.2022 Hello yogis not long now till Santa comes. A reminder of our Xmas classes and events. Today I’ll be teaching the 4:30 flow at FF HORNSBY and if you are not a member you can come with a member for free to let me know. Monday at KULA I will do a 90 min hot flow for our XMAS EVE class so please register on line if you wish to come. No classes on Xmas and Boxing Day. ... Please don’t forget tomorrow Is the last day to contribute to the hamper we are collect ingredients for women’s refuge at hornsby so please drop off to me to day or to KULA by tomorrow afternoon. Finally if you are stuck for a gift give your loved ones a voucher from NSY. I can arrange 5 10 or 20 packs for you. X If I don’t see you have a safe, happy and thankful festive season.
