Madi was part of both North Shore Physie’s winning teams last year ... 1. How many years have you done Physie? I have done Physie for 2 years. 2. Which is your favourite Physie exercise? The exercises! 3. What is your favourite Physie memory? When we were allowed to do Champion Girl last year during Covid-19 and I won my first blue pennant. 4. How often do you practise Physie? Every couple of days at the beginning of the year until we get to competitions and then I see Ms Millie nearly every day! 5. What are your Physie goals? I would LOVE to be the Physie DVD girl one day! I also want to get my left leg splits 6. What do you do when you aren’t at Physie? Sophie, the 2nd Year Senior runner up for 2020, brings with her many years of Physie experience and is looking forward to working with our girls in Season 2021. With a passion for teaching and empowering young girls, Sophie is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Education at the University of Sydney and currently teaches dance at Pymble Ladies’ College. We know our North Shore Stars will greatly benefit from Sophie’s enthusiasm along with her strong technique and dance experience. Bryanan Ramirez , a member of BJP Physie for almost 30 years, brings to North Shore not only a wealth of experience, having taught over 200+ Physie girls across both NSW and Queensland but also an extensive knowledge and passion for Physie. Bree is the 25-27 Overall Champion (2017) and the 28+ Runner Up (2019) and we know our North Shore stars will enjoy and appreciate a...ll that Ms Bree has to teach them as they continue their own Physie journeys. 13.01.2022 It is not often that either Ms Millie or I are lost for words but this morning would be one of those rare times! There are many, many moments from yesterday that made our hearts leap...the trophies are nice...very nice...but the acts of true kindness, strength, resilience and determination your girls demonstrate when they don’t know anyone is watching is what makes our hearts truly sing! We have so much to celebrate this year but none of our success would be possible without... the consistent hard work of our Stars and support crews since we first started our journey as a club. We are looking forward to some spectacular celebrations....but for now, we still have Stars with work to do and we know we will all do what we do best and get behind them to support them in any way we can! Onwards and upwards Stars

We are very grateful for the opportunity to see our gorgeous girls on the competition floor this year and super proud of the resilience everyone showed today So many highlights....personal bests, working outside of comfort zones, first competition appearances, first ever finals for two of our stars, and our first Zone Champion! ... Thank you to everyone who made the day run so smoothly. The competition would not have been possible without everyone working together. Well done beautiful #nsphysiestars.
