15.01.2022 NSRS UPDATE You may have noticed its not as easy to contact us of late. Heres why: currently we are volunteering in Vanuatu. The owners of NSRS, Kurt and Teniah, have been working hard towards this goal for a couple of years, to be able to save enough to take a substantial amount of time off to GIVE BACK to others. We want to thank ALL of our brilliant and patient clients who have not only just helped support this goal with their business but who continue to sti...ck with us while our response rate is a bit slower. Many may know that only a couple weeks ago a Category 5 cyclone (Harold) passed though many of the Pacific Islands. We are very grateful we are here at this point in time to be able to help assist both emotionally and physically. Currently were still on the main island of Efate (Port Vila), and are making preparations to head up to the effected islands next week. He and his team were here everyday until the job was complete. We found Kurt to be courteous, professional, clean and kept the communication lines open.... Kurt also went over and above the scope of works. One example is where our vent pipe (located in the middle of our frosted bathroom window), was moved out of view by Kurt's initiation.
