COVID-19 pandemic In order to protect the health of all of our clients during the COVID-19 pandemic Northside Audiology has made the difficult decision to temporarily close all of our offices. Our offices will be closed from Wednesday 25th March, at least until mid April. For those with hearing aids and cochlear implants we understand how reliant you may be on your devices and how important it is for you to be able to access advic...e, service and parts for your devices. We have a number of support plans in place for our clients with hearing devices. Emails and phone messages will still get through to us, and we will endeavour to respond to you on the same day that you contact us. We can still organise batteries, filters and other spare parts for you if required, and can also assist with device repairs. Please dont hesitate to email us at [email protected] , or call and leave a message 02 8889 1330 if you are having any problems. We plan to get back to normal operation as soon as we can.
