24.01.2022 WE ARE STILL OPEN COVID-19 We are saddened by everything going on in the world right now, with the loss of businesses and jobs. We want to thank our clients for showing patience and understanding at this time. ... The COVID-19 situation has had a massive impact on our business, like the thousands of business in Australia, facing this huge challenge. We are focused on the health and wellbeing of our clients and ourselves. As a precaution we will be taking the following measures, so that we are still able to care for our clients animals in this hard time. WE ARE STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS! WE ARE JUST TAKING PRECAUTIONS. Our reception and gate will remain closed, we will not be doing any viewings. Our customers will be able to drop off by appointment only, by which we will be taking measures so there is no contact. Payment and paperwork must be done prior to dropping off, so there is no contact. We are also offering a pick up service for our customers (at an extra charge) that cannot get here, have been isolated or have to be hospitalised. We are offering emergency boarding if you are unwell, Isolated, or need to take care of family members Or you just need a little break at this stressful time. If anyone is struggling to get dog food atm, we do have some bags available; they are 15kg bags that can be paid for over the phone and picked up by appointment at the front of our office. To all of our customers that currently have bookings ( more so at Easter) can you please contact us if you are cancelling, or rebooking, otherwise we will except to see you on your booked date. Please give us a call or email us regarding booking in. We will be here and ready when you are ready to book your next holiday after all of this is over and we are back to normal. Stay safe.
