23.01.2022 Please be aware: As of Monday 14/12/20 patients will now have the choice of booking either a Telehealth or a Face to Face (FtF) consultation, when calling for an appointment. However, for the time being online bookings using Hotdocs will remain as Telehealth only.... Also NB a new change from Medicare: Any patient who has not had a Face to Face consultation at Northside in the last 12 months, is no longer eligible for a Medicare rebate for their Telehealth appointment. If this applies to you and you still wish to have a Telehealth appointment with a doctor, you will be billed the normal private fee for the consult, but there will be no rebate from Medicare.
