21.01.2022 In Jesus our identity is to be children of God who are mature, or growing in maturity. This identity means that we are incompatible with the world, therefore we cannot love the world.

21.01.2022 It is definitely all "go" for us to use the hall at the school for our worship service. The size of the building will allow 180 people to attend so feel free to invite others to join us for a season while they wait for their church to be able to get fully back to worshipping in community. Just for all of our information Queensland Health has produced a factsheet which concisely explains the restrictions and how to apply them. Click on the link and have a read through so that... you are aware of your individual responsibility, and our group responsibility as well. Looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday. Blessings Allan https://www.covid19.qld.gov.au//places-of-worship-factshee

16.01.2022 Sunday is coming! There’s some things you need to know about the service ...

16.01.2022 9 weeks until our Christmas Market!

11.01.2022 Tomorrow is the day! Remember to get there around 9.15am and dress warm as the building is very cold

09.01.2022 Today we heard about how the struggles and hardships of life, and our sinful failures, can bring us to a point where we don't feel like overcomers. John calls us not to trust our feelings, but to trust Jesus who truly calls us overcomers. You can listen to it here:

08.01.2022 After 16 weeks of Live-Streamed services and 17 weeks of church in the school hall, NEC is moving back home! Join us on Sunday for worship, fellowship and the final message in our Parables series.

07.01.2022 4 days everyone!

05.01.2022 See you on Sunday! Remember we’re meeting at Earnshaw State School for church

05.01.2022 Hi Church, You may have already heard about the restrictions which have been introduced in Queensland. These new restrictions for South East QLD and are outlined in the Movement and Gathering Direction (No. 3) which is effective from 8.00am 22 August 2020 (see link below) The new restriction is focused on gatherings in public homes and outdoor gatherings. Specifically:-... - A maximum of 10 people can gather publicly in a restricted area regardless of whether people are members of the same household or not. - A person who is an owner, resident, tenant, occupier, temporary occupier or person in control of a residence in a restricted area may allow up to 10 visitors who are not ordinarily members of the person’s household. Note The 10 visitors can be from up to 10 different households. These restrictions do not apply to gatherings at businesses, workplaces, schools or services operating under COVID plans. QB has confirmed with the Deputy Premiers Office that this change is only for residential homes and outdoor gatherings and does not effect our gathering as a church tomorrow. The general guidance for gathering applies. 1.5m distancing. Stay home if unwell. Practise good hygiene. Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow. Blessings Pastor Allan https://www.health.qld.gov.au//movement-gathering-direction
