I just wanted to take the time to formally commend one of your employees David Newson who has just completed a fire equipment and tag test for our Wacol office. He carried himself with the utmost professionalism and was extremely accommodating when he discovered that many of... our electronics hadn’t been tagged before and would be a larger job than any of us had anticipated. He also worked hard to be completed by the time we finished work so no one was having to stay after hours (we have chosen to stay after hours anyway to ensure this well-deserved praise was given). He has exceptional customer service skills and took the time to answer all of our questions. Truth be told, by the end of his work it felt like we’d all known each other for years.
