19.01.2022 We recently removed ths diesel injection pump from a Cummins engine. Symptoms of hard to get started. Fuel supply has always been clean since we've been looking after this machine. Clearly there has been an issue in the past. Need Aerostart to get your diesel fired up? You shouldn't. Call us!

19.01.2022 Toyota 8 series 2.5 tonner,,, forks way too slow when lowering with/without load. This is common on them at times, the flow control valve spring breaks. There is an upgraded valve/spring assembly available from Toyota. Contact us if you need the service bulletin.

16.01.2022 Datsun PF02 forklift. Had a poor made inching link that was non adjustable. No parts available. We used a couple of Holden WB column shift connectors and some Bunnings love. #ratrodforklift

14.01.2022 Sakura air filter,, part #FA-8505 on a Unicarrier Diesel 3.5 tonne forklift. Last PM sevrvice was 2 years ago. It operates in a dusty dirt work site. We only use good products on our customer machines. In this case they have not had the dollars to get a service done till now. I checked the air intake piping to the manifold. Zero evidence of dusting and engine going fine all bar a bit of black smoke from the exhaust on acceleration. Total credit to FCP Solutions in Townsville, supplying quality products to us. Just amazing!

11.01.2022 Tyre handler grab plate rotation cylinder. Haul truck tyre continued to move on it's own. Operator was not aware it was full of water. Bit of overload!
