25.01.2022 **PLEASE NOTE COVID UPDATE** People who have visited the Northern Beaches region of Sydney on or since Friday 11 December, we will not be able to offer you an appointment given the nature of our business. Contact the National Coronavirus Helpline on 1800 020 080 for more information. ... The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are: Fever, tiredness and dry cough. But some people also experience aches, nasal congestion, runny nose and sore throat. We always ensure we provide a hygienic environment for clients and clinic staff. We wash every piece of linen used during a treatment and will continue to do so, we will also be disinfecting door handles, treatment tables, and surfaces after each client, and have hand sanitiser available in the reception area. This is in addition to the professional cleaning company who thoroughly cleans the clinic each week.

My approach to your session can be either on the physical level treating your present concern, or a more holistic one that enables you to become more self-aware of your body and take the necessary action in your pursuit for greater health and well-being. I specialise in, all different types of sports injuries as well as lower back pain, headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, calf and leg pain, sciatica and runners knee. For those of you with chronic pain, I can identify the underlying mental and emotional blockages and restore your body to a healthy state. I will do this through a hands on healing modality called Reiki, which focuses on increasing the energy flow throughout your energy centres, called chakras, and unblock the stagnant energy that is creating stress in your body.
