21.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE OUR DOORS ARE LOCKED With the recent changes from the Queensland Government with face masks being mandatory from 6 pm this evening, we have changed how we are... operating consultations, grooming, purchases and appointments. PLEASE CALL 3881 0077 upon arrival, our doors are LOCKED. A nurse will come and assist with appointments, food, medication or other supply purchases. A vet will consult with you over the phone in regards to the issue while you wait outside on chairs provided or comfortably in your car. For more sensitive consultations, we will allow clients inside to say goodbye to their pets - with a limit of 2 inside. We thank everyone in advance for complying with these new guidelines.
