25.01.2022 It’s winter! and lucky me sitting in the sun in a long sleeved t-shirt, enjoying coffee in a cafe when others are in lockdown or freezing.

03.01.2022 TEACHER PROFILE Originally from Hungary, Bogi was a figure skater as a child, so the passion for motion started at an early age. She discovered yoga accidentally in 2012, first believing it to be only exercise. It was an unexpected experience, she felt like she found a place of freedom on the mat. Gradually over time, the more she practiced yoga, the more it became a big part of her life. She finds it incredible that the more one learns about yoga, the deeper it becomes and ...it’s a beautiful life long journey. She completed her teacher training in Hungary with Ricardo Martinez and travels to India as often as she can, to learn with Lino Miele, who was a student of the late Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. She’s always keen to learn and deepen her studies with such great teachers as Angelika. In her classes she focuses on creating a safe, stress free environment for the practitioners. Other than yoga, Bogi enjoys spending time outdoors, rock climbing, hiking, cycling, snowboarding and dancing or reading when staying indoors. Bogi will teach our Wednesday night ASHTANGA YOGA BEGINNER class 6-7pm. You can join a Six Week program in which you will be guided through part of the primary series in a structured way, or attend on a casual basis.
