22.01.2022 COMEBACK KINGS A massive day at Mike Carney Toyota park was had today with some mixed results. The talk of the town was the wins in 2nds & 1sts with ressies controlling the game from the outset to get a great win! In 1st Grade the boys came out of the blocks slow to trail at half time 20 points to nil. But a different team came out in the second half scoring 27 unanswered points to secure another remarkable win, this time over Brothers. ... Thanks again to all our supporters in the crowd! WOMENS LOST Against Brothers 45 points to 10 THIRD GRADE LOST against Brothers 47 points to 7 SECOND GRADE WON Against Brothers 21 points to 10 FIRST GRADE WON! against Brothers 27 points to 20 BRING ON THE HOME GAME NEXT WEEK vs BURDEKIN!

21.01.2022 Joe Acton Memorial - Sat 19th Sept 2020 Yesterday the Joe Acton Memorial Trophy returned home with the North Ward RUC reserve grade win over Burdekin 41 points to 21. There were plenty of Joeys old mates on the field in both our colours and theirs. The match was played in good spirit as always. Congratulations to all on another year of the match and thanks to the Burdekin Rugby Union Canetoads for travelling and never giving in. Thanks also to Chris Wilson for these great im...ages. Looking forward to 2021’s edition already. He may be gone but he is definitely not forgotten.

21.01.2022 In the lead into Ladies Day on the 5th of June (SAVE THE DATE!!!), we'll be hearing from a couple of our legendary club ladies! We've been absolutely inspired by Macey's dedication to learning a new sport over the last 18 months. The chick rarely misses a training session.. We're also a huge fan of her custom bottle cap earrings!!
