02.01.2022 Just about got the gang back together....... our new workshop is coming along....... and we have plans for some skills development using basic hand tools and elbow grease...... to make some basic hand tools that every wood worker should have in their trusty tool box..... oh yeah thats on the list too..... a trust tool box...... The first of a series started last week with 7 willing participants and some very capable helpers ...... to construct a wooden mallet...... here is the work in progress.......... all good fun....... these things always take longer than you think so part 2 of this workshop may be happening on Saturday and everyone should have their mallet handle all formed up and ready to be installed in the head....... that's the theory anyway.......
