23.01.2022 Fresh bfg’s for the don river dash!!

21.01.2022 Fair few issues yesterday with a throtte body costing us alot of stops and time. Today was a different story!! Quick pit stop on lap one with a plug lead falling off we then put in the second quickest lap of the entire weekend, and finished today in 3rd which puts us 6th over all, up from 15th yesterday.

02.01.2022 Weekend wrap up!! Where to start? We had a bit of a struggle on saturday with some throttle body issues and battled the car losing throttle and having to switch it off through the day ending up finishing in 15th. A quick phone call to Paul at Xtreme motorsport and he went into work, got the parts we needed and got them to Rodney Battle at the airport to fly down. The crew put in and got it all changed and running again that afternoon. Sunday morning and we put a game plan ...together! Heading off in lap 1 we had some issues which turned out to be a plug lead, a quick pit stop and it was time to put in some work! Lap 2 was out first clean lap of the weekend and it showed with the fastest lap of the entire event at the time, it was only beaten by Talbot Cox in the end. Lap 3 was another killer lap which put us in 3rd outright for the day! So for the event we ended up with the second fastest lap overall and 6th outright. Cant thank everyone enough. 12 Volt Performance for all the help, data and advice. Brinks Performance for the rpm machine! X-Treme Motorsport Townsville for the killa tune up Rowan Carl and Aaron for the ELEMENT prodigy, it blows my mind every time I drive it. Heath for the great job in the passenger seat. Adam Franklin for all the help leading up and on the day and all the other guys and girls that helped over the weekend. Also Katie Battle for the photos! 01.01.2022 Snuck away to the newman 100 on the weekend to give the car a little run and get some seat time. Started the weekend very slow getting use to it all we prologued 18th. Getting quicker and quicker over the weekend we ended up 10th. Im still learning how hard i can actually push this element around corners and in the rough. This new brinks performance motor is everything we hoped for.... and some! ... Had a great time, bring on the don river dash! See more
