Braces make it easier for food debris to get caught up in your teeth and you wouldn't want food to still be stuck in between your teeth when you pop your clear aligners back in! For our patients with braces, we recommend using pikster brushes to make it easier to gently floss in between and around your teeth and brack...ets. Here are some flossing tips for our floss users to keep your teeth squeaky clean from all angles: 1. Hold your floss comfortably but firmly. Wind about 45cm of floss around your middle fingers and rest it across your thumbs and index fingers. 2. Use a gentle up and down motion to floss instead of sawing side to side. 3.
